Leading sustainable farming organisation, LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant based at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
LEAF is looking for a proactive, analytical and creative individual to support and, as directed, lead, on the delivery of sustainable farming project outcomes to agreed timescales, deliverables and costs.
In this pivotal role, the successful applicant will visit and work with 20 forward thinking and innovative LEAF Demonstration Farmers to discuss the savings, trade-offs and costs of sustainable methods. The role will also involve organising workshops and working with the marketing and communications team to produce a number of farmer facing videos on core areas of of Integrated Farm Management. At this crucial time in UK agriculture, this role will give someone an exciting opportunity to work with inspiring farmers and gain an insight into the scope, necessity and tradeoffs of more sustainable farming.
Full time - competitive salary - pension - initially fixed term 1 year, to start in January 2019.
