The LEAF Annual Conference took place on Tuesday 20th November at the Barclays in London. This unique and intimate opportunity was for farmers, the food chain, researchers and agricultural industry as well as government officials to discuss and learn from each other about the current state of food defence.

We have 3 workshops based in England looking at systems to improve farm efficiency through food waste management.
